Orders & Delivery

How fast will I receive my order?

Delivery times vary by product type and are displayed on each individual product page. In-game item orders (skins, currency, codes) are typically delivered within 5–30 minutes of payment confirmation. Boosting services vary by complexity — estimated timelines are shown on the service listing.

How will my order be delivered?

Delivery method depends on the product. Digital codes and gift cards are sent to the email address provided at checkout. In-game items may be delivered via secure account gift, trade, or direct credit depending on the game. Boosting services are performed on your account directly by our team. Full delivery instructions are provided in your order confirmation email.

What if my item isn't delivered on time?

If your order has not been delivered within the stated timeframe on the product page, please contact our support team at support@x6rr.com with your order number. If we are unable to fulfill the order, you are entitled to a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Do you support all game regions?

We support all major game server regions worldwide. Region availability is specified on each product listing. If you have a specific region requirement not listed, please contact us before purchasing.

Payments & Billing

What payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Accepted payment methods include all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by your browser.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. X6RR LLC uses Stripe — a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor — for all transactions. When you click "Proceed to Payment," you are redirected to Stripe's secure, encrypted payment page. X6RR LLC never sees, stores, or processes your card number, CVV, or banking credentials.

Why was I redirected to Stripe to pay?

We redirect to Stripe's hosted checkout page for maximum payment security. This is standard practice and means your card details are entered directly on Stripe's PCI-compliant platform — not our servers. It is safe, legitimate, and provides you with the highest level of payment protection.

Will I receive a receipt?

Yes. Stripe will send a payment receipt to the email address you provided at checkout. X6RR LLC will also send an order confirmation email with your order details.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price displayed on the product page is the total price you pay. There are no hidden fees, subscription charges, or automatic recurring billing. Each purchase is a one-time transaction.

Refunds & Disputes

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are available for undelivered orders, incorrectly fulfilled orders, duplicate charges, and boosting services that have not yet commenced. For the full list of eligible and ineligible cases, please read our Refund Policy.

How do I request a refund?

Email refunds@x6rr.com within 48 hours of your purchase (or within 48 hours of the expected delivery date for non-delivery issues). Include your order confirmation number and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review and respond within 1 business day.

What if I want to dispute a charge with my bank?

Before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, you must contact X6RR LLC first and allow us at least 3 business days to resolve the issue. We maintain full records of all deliveries and communications. Chargebacks filed on successfully fulfilled orders may result in account suspension and be contested.

Boosting Services

Is my account safe when using a boosting service?

Our boosting professionals use VPN protection configured to match your account's region and operate in offline/appear-offline mode where available. We follow strict operational protocols to minimize the visibility of boosting activity. That said, using any third-party boosting service carries inherent risk with respect to the game publisher's Terms of Service. You acknowledge and accept this risk when purchasing.

Is it safe to share my account credentials?

Sharing your account with any third party carries inherent risk. We recommend: (1) using a temporary or changed password for the duration of the boost, (2) enabling 2FA after the service is complete, and (3) not having sensitive payment methods linked to the account during the service. Your account details are used solely for the boostservice and are never stored or shared beyond our team.

How do I track my boosting progress?

You will receive email updates with progress reports at key milestones. You can also contact our support team at any time at support@x6rr.com for a live status update. Stream viewing (watching the boost live) is available on request for select services — check the product page or ask support.

Can I play on my account during a boost?

We recommend not playing on your account while a boost is in progress, as this can interfere with the service and may increase the visibility of boosting activity. Notify our team if you need temporary access to your account.

Purchasing in-game items or boosting services through third-party marketplaces may violate the EULA or Terms of Service of the relevant game platform. Potential consequences include temporary or permanent account bans by the game developer. X6RR LLC accepts no liability for such consequences. You use our services at your own risk with regard to platform-specific rules.
