2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the X6RR LLC website at x6rr.com (the “Site”) and any services offered therein (collectively, the “Services”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Site or Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users. Your continued use of the Site after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Description of Services

X6RR LLC operates a digital marketplace that facilitates the sale of the following types of products and services:

• •In-Game Items: Virtual cosmetics, weapon skins, character skins, in-game currency, bundles, and other digital goods associated with third-party video game titles.
• •Game Boosting Services: Professional gameplay assistance in which a skilled player performs ranked or competitive game modes on behalf of or alongside the customer to improve their in-game standing, rank, or progression.

Important Notice: X6RR LLC is an independent third-party marketplace. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, licensed by, or in partnership with any game developer, publisher, or platform operator. All game titles, trademarks, and intellectual property referenced on this Site belong exclusively to their respective owners. Customers acknowledge that purchasing in-game items or boosting services through third-party marketplaces may violate the End User License Agreement (EULA) or Terms of Service of the relevant game. X6RR LLC accepts no liability for consequences arising from such violations.

4. Eligibility

To purchase from X6RR LLC, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
• •Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• •Not be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction subject to U.S. economic sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions).
• •Not be on any U.S. government restricted persons list (including OFAC SDN list or Commerce Department Entity List).
• •Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during checkout.

5. Orders & Purchase Process

When you place an order on our Site:

• •You will be redirected to Stripe's secure payment page to complete your transaction. X6RR LLC never collects or stores your payment card information directly.
• •All prices are displayed in USD (United States Dollars) and are inclusive of applicable service fees.
• •By completing payment, you enter into a binding purchase agreement with X6RR LLC for the specific product or service ordered.
• •An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• •X6RR LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion, including orders we believe to be fraudulent, in violation of these Terms, or otherwise inappropriate.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All listed prices are in USD. X6RR LLC reserves the right to update, change, or discontinue pricing at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any applicable taxes, duties, or levies in your jurisdiction related to your purchase. X6RR LLC does not collect or remit taxes on your behalf except where required by applicable law.

7. Delivery of Products & Services

Delivery timelines vary by product type and are specified on each product listing page. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not contractually guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to:

• •Game server outages, maintenance windows, or technical issues beyond our control.
• •Anti-cheat or account protection measures implemented by game developers.
• •Inaccurate or incomplete account information provided by the customer.
• •High order volume periods.

If your order has not been fulfilled within the timeframe indicated on the product page, you are entitled to contact our support team for a status update or to request a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

8. Payments via Stripe

All payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe (stripe.com), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

X6RR LLC does not store, access, or transmit your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials at any time. Stripe is solely responsible for the security of payment data.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• •Use the Site or Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purpose.
• •Initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting X6RR LLC to resolve the issue in good faith.
• •Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any products purchased through our Site without written permission.
• •Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information during checkout or when contacting support.
• •Attempt to abuse our refund policy, including claiming non-delivery of items that were delivered.
• •Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the Site.

• •Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations.

10. Refunds & Disputes

Our refund policy is detailed in full on the Refund Policy page. Before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, you must first contact X6RR LLC at refunds@x6rr.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue (typically 3 business days). Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in suspension of your access to our Services.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of X6RR LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-party game names, titles, logos, and trademarks referenced on this Site are the property of their respective owners. Their use is for descriptive and identification purposes only and does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

X6RR LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, X6RR LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR SERVICES.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to X6RR LLC in the 30 days preceding the claim.

X6RR LLC is not liable for any account bans, penalties, or restrictions imposed by game developers or publishers following the delivery of services purchased through our Site. You use our services at your own risk with regard to third-party platform policies.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless X6RR LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms, your use of the Services, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The arbitration shall take place in Sheridan County, Wyoming. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

16. Modifications to Terms

X6RR LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered customers or via a prominent notice on the Site. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining Terms remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
