2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the X6EEplatform at x6ee.com (the “Platform”) and any services offered therein (collectively, the “Services”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the Platform or Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

3. Description of Services

X6EE provides an all-in-one business growth platform offering the following software-as-a-service (SaaS) products:

• •SEO Tools: Keyword research, rank tracking, site audits, backlink analysis, and competitor monitoring.
• •Email Marketing: Email campaigns, automation workflows, list management, analytics, and deliverability tools.
• •Social Media Management: Post scheduling, engagement tracking, analytics, and multi-platform publishing.
• •Analytics Suite: Web analytics, conversion tracking, custom dashboards, and reporting.
• •CRM: Contact management, deal pipelines, lead scoring, and customer relationship tools.
• •Workflow Automation: Visual workflow builder, triggers, actions, and integrations with third-party apps.
• •Form Builder: Drag-and-drop form creation, conditional logic, file uploads, and data collection.

4. Eligibility

To use X6EE Services, you must:

• •Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
• •Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• •Not be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction subject to U.S. economic sanctions.
• •Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and checkout.

5. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

6. Subscriptions & Billing

X6EE offers free and paid subscription plans:

• •Free plans have usage limits as specified on each product page.
• •Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, with pricing displayed in USD.
• •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
• •You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
• •Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
• •All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

7. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial on all paid plans. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or continue with limited free features. We will not charge you without your explicit consent.

8. Payments via Stripe

All payment processing is handled exclusively by Stripe (stripe.com), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

X6EE does not store, access, or transmit your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials at any time.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• •Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
• •Send spam, unsolicited bulk emails, or violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• •Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content.
• •Resell or redistribute access to the Platform without authorization.
• •Use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality.
• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

10. Data & Privacy

Your use of our Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. We take data security seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect your information. You retain ownership of all data you upload to the Platform.

11. Refunds & Cancellations

Our refund policy is detailed on our Refund Policy page. Generally, we offer prorated refunds for annual plans cancelled within 30 days. Monthly plans may be cancelled anytime but are not eligible for refunds for the current billing period.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including software, text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of X6RR LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to host and display your content as necessary to provide the Services.

13. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, X6RR LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

16. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
